Godi\u0161nji ciklus vinove loze je fascinantan ples prirode i ljudskog rada, gdje svaki period donosi nove izazove i zadatke za vinogradara. Razumijevanje ovog ciklusa poma\u017ee nam da vi\u0161e cijenimo trud koji stoji iza svake boce i kompleksnost koja dovodi do kvalitetnog gro\u017e\u0111a \u2013 osnove za vrhunsko vino. Pratimo zajedno lozu kroz \u010detiri godi\u0161nja doba u crnogorskom vinogradu.<\/p><p id=\"wd-8b4c947e\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\"><strong>Zima: Vrijeme Mirovanja i Rezidbe<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"wd-b7f163b0\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Nakon jesenje berbe, loza ulazi u period zimskog mirovanja. Izgleda be\u017eivotno, ali ispod kore se priprema za novi ciklus. Ovo je klju\u010dno vrijeme za <strong>rezidbu<\/strong>. Vinogradar pa\u017eljivo uklanja ve\u0107i dio pro\u0161logodi\u0161njih lastara, ostavljaju\u0107i samo nekoliko okaca (pupoljaka) na odabranim lastarima (kondirima ili lukovima). Rezidba je umjetnost i nauka \u2013 njome se kontroli\u0161e budu\u0107i prinos, oblikuje \u010dokot i usmjerava energija loze ka proizvodnji kvalitetnog gro\u017e\u0111a, a ne prekomjerne zelene mase. Lo\u0161e orezana loza mo\u017ee dati previ\u0161e gro\u017e\u0111a slabijeg kvaliteta ili premalo roda.<\/p><p id=\"wd-59b3742f\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\"><strong>Prolje\u0107e: Bu\u0111enje \u017divota<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"wd-052927fe\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Sa porastom temperature u prolje\u0107e, loza se budi. Sokovi po\u010dinju da kolaju, a pupoljci nabubre i pucaju \u2013 ovo se zove <strong>kretanje vegetacije<\/strong>. Iz pupoljaka izbijaju mladi zeleni lastari. Slijedi faza <strong>cvjetanja<\/strong>, obi\u010dno u maju ili junu. Mali, neugledni cvjetovi opra\u0161uju se vjetrom. Vremenski uslovi tokom cvjetanja su kriti\u010dni \u2013 hladno\u0107a, ki\u0161a ili jak vjetar mogu smanjiti oplodnju, a time i prinos. Nakon uspje\u0161ne oplodnje, formiraju se sitne bobice \u2013 <strong>zametanje plodova<\/strong>. U ovom periodu vinogradari su zauzeti <strong>vezivanjem lastara<\/strong>, <strong>plijevljenjem korova<\/strong> i prvim <strong>tretmanima za\u0161tite<\/strong> od bolesti (poput plamenja\u010de i pepelnice).<\/p><p id=\"wd-6c6a6d2c\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\"><strong>Ljeto: Rast i Sazrijevanje Bobica<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"wd-ccbf1206\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Tokom ljeta, bobice rastu i prolaze kroz klju\u010dnu fazu zvanu <strong>\u0161arak<\/strong> (veraison), obi\u010dno u julu ili avgustu. Zelene bobice po\u010dinju da mijenjaju boju \u2013 bijele sorte postaju \u017eu\u0107kaste, a crvene dobijaju ru\u017ei\u010dastu, a zatim tamno crvenu ili plavu boju. Ovo je znak da loza preusmjerava energiju sa rasta na sazrijevanje plodova. Nivo \u0161e\u0107era u bobicama raste, dok kisjelina opada. Vinogradari sada obavljaju <strong>zelenu rezidbu<\/strong> \u2013 uklanjanje vi\u0161ka li\u0161\u0107a oko grozdova kako bi se pobolj\u0161ala osun\u010danost i provjetrenost, kao i <strong>prore\u0111ivanje grozdova<\/strong> (ako je prinos prevelik) da bi se preostali grozdovi bolje razvili. Pra\u0107enje zrelosti gro\u017e\u0111a postaje svakodnevni zadatak.<\/p><p id=\"wd-ca10e3a9\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\"><strong>Jesen: Vrijeme Berbe (Berba)<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p id=\"wd-6c78aa1e\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Vrhunac godine u vinogradu je <strong>berba<\/strong>, koja u Crnoj Gori obi\u010dno traje od kraja avgusta do oktobra, u zavisnosti od sorte, lokacije i \u017eeljenog stila vina. Odluka o ta\u010dnom trenutku berbe je jedna od najva\u017enijih. Vinogradari mjere nivo \u0161e\u0107era i kisjelina, prate fenolnu zrelost (zrelost poko\u017eice i sjemenki) i \u010dekaju optimalan balans. Berba se mo\u017ee obavljati ru\u010dno (\u0161to omogu\u0107ava selekciju grozdova ve\u0107 u vinogradu) ili ma\u0161inski. Ru\u010dno brano gro\u017e\u0111e pa\u017eljivo se transportuje do vinarije kako bi se izbjeglo o\u0161te\u0107enje bobica i prerana fermentacija.<\/p><p id=\"wd-7dec3826\" class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph\">Od zimske rezidbe do jesenje berbe, vinogradar radi u skladu sa prirodom, ula\u017eu\u0107i znanje, trud i strast. Svaka berba je druga\u010dija, oblikovana vremenskim prilikama te godine. Sljede\u0107i put kada otvorite bocu crnogorskog vina, sjetite se putovanja koje je gro\u017e\u0111e pre\u0161lo \u2013 to je pri\u010da o suncu, zemlji, ki\u0161i i vrijednim rukama koje su ga njegovale.
